The Reynolds is a 130-unit, 18-story, residential condominium project located in the SoNo (South of North) district of in-town Atlanta at the northeast corner of Peachtree Street and Linden Avenue. The Reynolds condos are adjacent to the historic North Avenue Presbyterian Church, across the street from Bank of America Tower (the tallest building in the Southeast) and Emory's Crawford Long Hospital.
Reynolds condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance to the Fox Theatre and many Atlanta restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions along Peachtree Street.
The $40 million Reynolds condominium project includes about 8,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space fronting Peachtree, 3,000 square feet of commercial space fronting Linden Avenue and Courtland Street and a four-level parking deck.
The Reynolds is a classic residential condominium building and enlivens the neighborhood with restaurants and sidewalk cafes. It is designed to provide a boutique condominium environment with fewer and larger units, a greater percentage of two-bedroom residences and more traditional architecture that provides a different option in the Atlanta condo marketplace. Reynolds condominiums range in size from about 780 to 1,480 square feet.
The Reynolds was designed by the architectural firm Surber Barber Choate and Hertlein whose commissions include the Arthur Blank Family Foundation Offices and The Wilburn House Condominiums in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Reynolds' condominium design is a departure from the glass and steel condos in Midtown.
