“Mr. Loehrig took possession of my Ponce Springs Loft keys from the exiting renter the 5th of March and we accomplished an away closing the 24th of April. In the interim seven weeks he managed to spruce the place up for a pittance, publicize it on the web with great pictures that captured the hipness of the property within the context of the happening qualities of the surrounding neighborhood, successfully put it under contract and orchestrated a productive closing 24 April in spite of several challenges. In the beginning of our phone relationship, Randall called as needed, sometimes three times a day, to patiently guide me through the on-line signing process the first time, counsel on glitches as they occurred, discuss possible procedures for consideration, give updates on progress. He was always upbeat and positive within a realistic perspective. He has transformed this little old lady into one with lighter shoulders, sans mortgages, with dreams of more yarn excursions and at least one more grand travel in her future.
